The hotel's location was perfect for my transit needs. It was conveniently close to transportation links and made it easy for me to navigate the city. The staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous, providing excellent customer service. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Nice and clean rooms, the staff is helpful and breakfast ok.
Location not the best, the area is just fine, but a bit out of the city centre.

We had a pleasant city break and the hotel offered us a proper price-quality balance. The staff was friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel's location was very convenient for our needs, with key amenities and landmarks nearby.
One of the aspects we didn't enjoy was the unremarkable breakfast. Another minor inconvenience was the limited foreign languages spoken by the hotel staff.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff was friendly and the service was top-notch. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a dressing area, and a dining table. I also appreciated the electric kettle and the am/fm alarm clock. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not very big, but perfectly adequate.
There was some confusion about the name of the hotel as it recently changed.

Courteous staff, with a good location in town. Not fancy, but a good value. I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of the city. It was convenient for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and courteous, always ready to help with any inquiries or requests we had. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast left much to be desired. It lacked variety and the options were quite limited.

The hotel provides a proper and reasonable price-quality balance. the staff are friendly and courteous, ensuring a satisfactory stay. the location offers convenience for transit purposes. the rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast, though dull, is adequate. Guests can appreciate the cultural calls to pray from the local mosque singers at night.
Foreign language difficulties are a common issue in Turkey.
